Centre Management is located in the amenities corridor opposite H&M (near the escalators going out to the south side plaza.

Opening hours:

Monday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Tuesday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Wednesday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Thursday 8.30am to 9.00pm
Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm
Sunday 10.00am to 4.00pm

DISABILITY SERVICE & ACCESS

Disabled parking is located near all main entrances for easy access. For further details on parking click here

Lifts

For easy access to the centre, lifts are positioned in the following locations::

South Building:

  • Opposite Lowes: Access to Rooftop Carpark, Retail Level and Ground Level Carpark
  • South Side Plaza: Access to South Side Plaza and Retail Level (near H&M). This lift will open August 2017
  • United Cinemas: Access to the Ground Level Carpark, Retail Level (near Food Court) and United Cinemas

North Building:

  • Near Commercial Centre & Coles: Access to Retail Level, Mezzanine Level Carpark and Ground Level Carpark and Restaurant Plaza
  • Near Harry Hartog Bookseller & Kmart: Access to Retail Level, Mezzanine Level Carpark, Ground Level Carpark and Restaurant Plaza.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are available from Centre Management and are free of charge.

PARENTS ROOMS

Parents Rooms are positioned in the following locations:

North Building:

  • Retail Level

South Building:

  • Stage 1 – near Jeanswest (Woolworths end of the centre)
  • Stage 4 – near Food Court
  • Stage 5 – Near H&M and South Side Plaza escalators

Microwaves, hot water, feeding chairs and parents and children's amenities are available in all Parents Rooms.
